Welcome to Kessler Psychological Services LLC.

As you are making a decision to come to counseling, you are also looking for a change in order to live life more fully. We know that everyone needs help from time to time. Recent events and transitions may have found you unable to cope as well as you had hoped. We will help you discover new ways to respond to many types of concerns:

Our counseling practice is unique in several ways. We are nestled in the quaint town of Hartville, Ohio, which is close in proximity to Green, Uniontown, North Canton, Louisville, Suffield, Kent and Alliance. The Schumacher family originally built our home in the 1920’s. Their lumber company was located right across the street. In the fall of 2011 we purchased and remodeled this still lovely old building to make it our own.

Our staff includes two secretaries and six therapists. Both our secretaries, Robin and Diane, will make you feel welcome and at home when you arrive. They take care of insurance questions, scheduling and payment collection. They also do a wonderful job assigning clients to the most specialized therapist for your stated concern.  The KPS counseling staff has 87 years of therapy experience between us.  All of us primarily love working with people!  Although we have a multitude of credentials, specialized training and favored theoretical bases, making human connections with our clients is the core of our work. To have success with the counseling experience, we realize that you must feel good about coming. You must feel cared for and heard in order to heal.
